In 2014, my wife Lisa Briganti and I relocated to the beautiful Greenville, SC area. Shortly after settling in, we launched Briganti Properties, combining Lisa’s long-standing experience in real estate with my background in engineering and construction. Our business found success early on and in 2017, I earned my real estate sales license to more directly support Lisa and our growing client base.

With a degree in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in building and construction, I bring a practical, hands-on approach to every transaction. From assisting clients with inspections and repair requests to renovation advice and upgrade planning, I help our clients make informed decisions backed by technical insight.
