With over 18 years of experience as a Realtor, Anna Catron brings a unique blend of professionalism, local expertise, and heart to every transaction. Before beginning her real estate career, Anna worked as a paralegal, a background that provides her with a strong foundation in contracts, negotiation, and attention to detail — skills her clients rely on throughout the buying and selling process.

A proud graduate of Greenville Technical College with a degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Lander University, Anna combines her education and years of experience to guide clients with confidence and integrity.

Born and raised in the Upstate, Anna has an intimate understanding of the local communities and has watched them grow and evolve over the years — welcoming people from across the country and around the world to experience the beauty and lifestyle the area has to offer.

Deeply rooted in her community, Anna is married with four children and is actively involved in local schools, volunteering through PTA and booster clubs. Her commitment to service has been recognized through the Cultural Ambassador Award for the Carolinas Region at her previous company, honoring her volunteer work and creative fundraising efforts for local nonprofits.  And her work in volunteerism has earned her the position of the Founding Director of Root and Wings, Nest Realty’s community non profit.

Aside from helping clients find their perfect home, Anna also enjoys helping families find their perfect pet. She and her family are passionate about animal rescue and regularly foster dogs in need, giving them a loving place to land while they await their forever homes.

When she’s not serving clients or volunteering, Anna enjoys Clemson football and gymnastics (Go TIGERS!!), watching her daughters compete as Cheerleaders, cheering on her son playing football, reading, crocheting, and taking long walks in nature or along the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
