As a graduate of Christ Church Episcopal School and the University of South Carolina, Kate is a proud ambassador of Greenville and its surrounding areas' in particular, her home, Fountain Inn. She has always had a passion for the arts; she attended the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and went to college to seek her degree in fine arts and graphic design. By incorporating her sales and marketing skills, her keen eye for color and design, and her wealth of knowledge of the Greenville area, Kate is able to offer a unique approach to assisting both buyers and sellers.

 

An Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and NAR Member, Kate artfully guides her clients through the often intimidating process of buying and selling real estate in today's dynamic market. She finds great enjoyment in assisting people with their real estate needs and sharing the same fondness of calling Greenville home. 

 

Serving her community is one of Kate's passions. Kate is a member of the Fountain Inn Chorale and sings in her church choir at Fairview Presbyterian Church. Also, she has served on the boards of the Fountain Inn Chamber of Commerce and Fountain Inn Chorale. Presently, she serves as board President of the Fountain Inn Museum and has served on this board since 2016. Some of Kate's favorite hobbies include cooking, painting, singing, fashion, decorating, travelling and attending concerts and live shows. She resides in beautiful Fountain Inn with her husband, James and their two cats, Meester and Junebug.
