Bringing Scandinavian Serenity to Downtown Greenville
As we settle into our new home in downtown Greenville, we wanted the walls of Nest Realty to reflect the beauty of the world around us. We are so proud to feature the work of Nina Delahanty, an artist whose journey began in Gothenburg, Sweden, and has found a new chapter right here in the Upstate. Nina’s work is deeply rooted in her Scandinavian heritage, drawing from the movement of the sea and the quiet strength of the Swedish forests.
Nina works primarily with acrylics on large-scale canvases, blending impressionistic elements with bold, abstract expressionism. Her signature style is incredibly layered and emotive—you can truly feel the "energy of water" that she grew up with while sailing the Swedish coast. For Nina, art is an intuitive connection to the environment, and having her pieces in our office brings a sense of calm and natural wonder to our workspace.
Since moving to the United States in the late 1990s, Nina has balanced her creative passion with raising a family across multiple states. Now calling Greenville home, she is dedicating this chapter of her life to her art with renewed purpose.
